Currently Australia Post and all couriers are experiencing delays with deliveries. The delays vary around different parts of Australia but are particularly bad at the moment around metro regions. Please make sure you do not book your electrician until all of the items from you order have arrived and that you have checked it all. Both Australia Post and our couriers provide delivery ETAs and updates through their tracking numbers, please be aware that these are a guide only and deliveries may take longer. We are able to check on express delivery options for certain products and locations, please contact us before placing the order if you need express delivery.
***Queensland delays*** Due to the floods in Queensland all of our couriers and Australia Post are experiences significant delays for all deliveries in QLD and some parts of NSW. Most are also not accepting new delivery bookings that are going into QLD at the moment so there may also be a delay in despatching.
Please be patient if your order is delayed, unfortunately once it is with the courier or Australia Post there is very little we can do. Please note that all the delivery customer support lines (phone and online) are working at high capacity and will take some time to answer your enquiries. ETAs provided by the tracking is only a guide and can certainly change but may take a few days to update.
